V R. I am a landlord in the Humboldt park area. I was having trouble renting one of my units and Ulises helped me with the challenge. I had this unit vacant for a few months on my own and he found the perfect tenants in less than a month. The tenants are perfect. I couldn't be any happier. Thank you Ulises and Quantum Apartments, I am looking forward on doing business with you guys again.

Miranda R. Everything went smooth. We saw the apartment we wanted, called, got an appointment, and were even given a few days to get the money together. Ulisis got us in a week early and everything is as promised. Though I agree people are not always on time for the appointments I can be late too... so I wont complain. Love the new place.

Jacque K. My roommate and I had nothing but a good experience with Ulises. He was calm, timely, respectable, and understanding. I had found an apartment located in Logan Square on CraigsList and made an appointment to see it. Ulises contacted me promptly after I had left a message, as well as sent me a text reminder that next morning. We looked at the apartment and it was absolutely gorgeous but was too much space for what we needed, so instead he showed us a place that had just been vacated. It met all of our requirements and was below our budget. A week later we had signed the lease, met the landlord, got our keys, and started painting. Ulises listened and paid attention to what was important to us in finding our apartment and was nice, funny, and made us feel very comfortable. We will both definitely go through Quantum Apartments again. -Jacquie

Thihn D. I didn't really get to experience with any other employee besides Ulises but my experience with him went great. Before i gotten my studio i saw few negative reviews on here and was a bit skeptical but the price on the studio was excellent so i went with it anyways. It was also my first time moving out on my own and honestly i didn't know much. But he answered any questions i needed and help me out on the stuff i needed to move in. I've been living there for almost half a year and everything worked out great.

Justin W. Company works great with college students... Within a week we saw several showing and found the new place. Customer service was good nice friendly people the we got along with great to work out and deal and get us into a new place as fast as possible. Would recomend to other who are looking to get into a place ASAP.

Keon C. Found an apartment through Quantum. We saw it, loved it, and put down our security deposit. A week later we had signed our lease and had our keys in hand. Sure, they might seem shady, but they seem to be a start up and I think the real problem is that they don't have many employees. Also, we dealt directly with Ulysses and he returned all of our phone calls, communicated with the landlord for us, and was overall very helpful. If you are looking to be fed cookies and taken to see a bunch of bad apartments, then don't come here, but if you know what you want they will help you secure it.

Padraic L. Like most everyone else, I ran across an apartment on CraigsList that fit my criteria and so I called to set up an appointment. The person on the phone was cordial, professional, and quick. I set an appointment for the next day. I saw the apartment, liked it, and went forward with securing it. Without going into details, Ulises actually went above and beyond for my roommate and myself. A few days later, I met with Ulises and my current landlord, signed the lease, asked a few questions, and was off and running! My experience was great, and I honestly think that if you are looking for an apartment give Quantum a call. If you've had a bad experience, well, maybe try them again. They've been great for me!

Jaysbabies A. I rented a apartment through Quantum. Everyone was very nice!!! I even recommended family and friends. If I ever need a apartment in the future I will definitely be visiting them again. They have helped me with so much. some people have bad experiences and lots of people do not. I don't think there is as many negative reviews as there would be positive if people were aware of yelp. Keep up the good work Quantum, these negative reviews are years apart, don't sweat it, things happen. Quantum also must have a new staff I have not met or seen anyone by the names mentioned besides Ulysses. He's a real life person, not a fake. Honesty is appreciated also!!!

Napolean J. I had a great experience with Quantum Apartments. He negotiated both rent and the security deposit. To top it off he helped hook up the stove to the gas line for us. What I liked about Ulysis is that he is very up front. He is not like agents from all these other places that beat around the bush. The application process and verification process was very quick. We got to move in at the middle of the month. It's easy to perceive someone as being rude just because he is loud. My experience with Quantum apartments was great. I recommend it and I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews.

I saw an ad on Craigslist and sent an email expecting that, like most of the phone calls and emails I had sent in response to Craigslist ads in the previous couple of weeks, I would never hear from anyone but a few hours later I received a call from Ulises and made an appointment to see the unit that evening. He was polite and professional and when I ended up being 20 minutes early for the appointment he told me I could wait for him at the café downstairs and offered to buy me coffee (totally unnecessary, but incredibly gracious seeing as how I was the one that showed up early). I was shown 3 different units in the building and ended up taking one that night. Ulises met me at the office the following morning to collect my application & deposit and that was it. It couldn't have been easier. He even talked my landlord out of pro-rating my lease which saved me a few hundred dollars.
